Coach-led group class centered around constantly varied functional movements. Members are exposed to a variety of movements, time domains and intensity levels. All movements and workouts can be scaled to greet any skill level by our expert coaches.

Weightlifting & Accessory Programs

8-12 week cycles focused on olympic lifts, gymnastics, endurance, and more. Cycle content varies throughout the year. Get hands on coaching from our top-tier team. Learn, improve and PR your favorite lifts and gymnastic movements.

Legends Class

Workouts catered to athletes 55+ years old. Warm-ups and workouts targeting crucial longevity components like balance, raw strength and stamina in welcoming class environment led by experienced coaches. Offered Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9AM.
