Infrared Sauna

Cold Plunge

The Cold Plunge Tub provides controlled, ice-cold water therapy (typically 40–55°F) designed to maximize recovery and mental resilience. The initial cold shock is highly beneficial, as it causes rapid blood vessel constriction, which is essential for quickly flushing out lactic acid and achieving rapid inflammation reduction after intense training. Beyond the physical benefits, regular cold exposure triggers a rush of "feel-good" hormones like dopamine, leading to enhanced mental clarity, a noticeable boost in energy, and improved stress management.
